Important Gym Policies

*In addition to your class fee, there is an ​​annualnon-refundable $40.00 registration fee (this is a per child fee). 

*We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, and check.  *There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. 

*We allow 2 make-up classes per session ONLY  if there are open classes remaining.  All classes may fill in the session which will eliminate all make-ups from being scheduled. Make-ups are available for club members only.  Make-ups will not be scheduled until the 3rd week of classes.  

*If cancellation of classes occurs before the session starts, you may receive a full refund.  If cancellation occurs during week 1 of a session, you may receive a 50% refund.  After the 1st week of the session a refund or credit will ONLY be issued with a doctor's note.  There are no refunds or credits given for any other reason.

*We offer a 10% discount for siblings (discount is taken from the class of equal or lesser value).  *We offer a 20% discount for multiple class registrations (for a single child on a class of equal or lesser value). *We offer a 25% military discount per child (only applicable to class fee). *We charge a fee of $10.00 for changing classes after the session begins.  

*Please check website for gym closings due to inclement weather.  An email will also be sent out to anyone who is on our email address list.  Any classes canceled due to inclement whether, will be given an extra make up during that session or a free open gym pass if all classes are full.
